LIABILITY WAIVER ASSESSMENT As a member of the EPA, our legal staff will assist you in the creation/design and implementation of your company's liability release waiver.
CONTRACT/DOCUMENT REVIEW As a member of the EPA, at NO cost to you, you are entitled to receive up to three (3) documents/contract reviews per year (not to exceed 10 pages).
INCORPORATION As a member of the EPA, you are eligible to receive personalized incorporation of your company by the Association's legal counsel. Our lawyers will incorporate your organization for the special EPA member reduced rate of $750-$1000 (depending on jurisdiction) plus your state's specific filing fee. This incorporation package includes state specific incorporation documents including development of your company's corporate bylaws.

Why should I incorporate my business?
1. One of the primary advantages of incorporation is the limited liability the corporate entity affords its shareholders. Typically, shareholders and directors are not liable for the debts and obligations of the corporation; thus, creditors will not come knocking at the door of a shareholder or director to pay debts of the corporation.
2. A corporation's life is not dependent upon its members. A corporation possesses the feature of unlimited life. If an owner dies or wishes to sell his or her interest, the corporation will continue to exist and do business.
3. Retirement funds and qualified retirement plans (like 401k) may be set up more easily with a corporation.
4. Ownership of a corporation is easily transferable.
5. Capital can be raised more easily through the sale of stock.
6. A corporation possesses centralized management.
TELEPHONE CONSULTATION EPA members will receive at NO charge, up to three (3) telephone consultations per year (each consisting of up to 30-minutes in duration) with our legal staff, provided by EPA Management & Insurance Solutions, Inc.
REDUCED FEE ON ADDITIONAL LEGAL SERVICES EPA members will enjoy a reduced rate of 25% off of the normal hourly rate for any additional legal services needed (i.e. estate planning documents, wills & trusts).
